Dr. Lisa Benya, D.O., brings more than 20 years of experience practicing medicine to her work at Malibu Detox and Residential Treatment Center. A board-certified and licensed osteopathic physician, she brings as much care and compassion to her practice of medicine as she does skill and expertise.
Dr. Benya attended Boston University’s School of Medicine, then earned her doctorate from Ohio University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has dedicated her practice to treating addiction and mental health. One of the area’s favorite doctors, she brings advanced, innovative strategies for combating drug addiction and alcoholism to her work, while also providing clients with options for natural, holistic remedies whenever possible.
