Kylee Briney, MBA, serves as the executive director for Malibu Detox and Residential Treatment Centers, where she leverages over six years of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment. With a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Capella University, Kylee brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.
Kylee’s extensive management and human resources background, combined with her previous positions at addiction treatment centers, enables her to ensure seamless administration, operations, and programming at Malibu Detox. Her unwavering commitment ensures that clients receive the highest quality of care.
Renowned for her hands-on approach to management, Kylee excels in problem-solving and empowering her staff to reach their full potential. She uplifts the collaborative efforts of her team and leverages each individual’s strengths. In doing so, she contributes to the exceptional success of our detox and residential treatment centers.
Within her role, Kylee fosters a supportive environment for team members and clients, alike. To do so, she creates a nurturing and safe space for work and recovery. Her passion for her work stems from her journey of recovery and the transformative experience of receiving addiction treatment herself.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kylee cherishes spending time with her husband and children. She also dedicates herself to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals as a personal trainer.
